Where do you ship to?
We use USPS and currently only ship within the United States (Alaska & Hawaii included). We apologize if you need it to be shipped anywhere else outside of America. Thank you for your understanding. :)

How long does shipping take?
***As of now, we only ship within the United States (Alaska & Hawaii included). We apologize to those who need shipping outside of America.

USA Shipping Time:
We use USPS and try our best to ship your Kawaii Hugs (*plushies) within 7-13 days! *This will EXCLUDE processing time, which may take another 3-7 days to process and check/fix the quality. We are only humans trying to be super-humans.* Please be patient with us. :)
How can I track my order?
***We use USPS; therefore, if you already have your tracking number, then feel free to directly visit their website.

1. An email with your tracking number should have been sent to you. If you have not received it yet, then please wait for it to process to your email, check your spam box, or make sure you have "hello@cutekawaiihugs.com" saved.
